Training of workforce has always been a critical area across different industry verticals. A good training module not only creates a capable and skilled set of personnel, it also minimises the wastage of raw materials and the resulting losses. ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India), wanted to plug the loop holes in training and enhance the standard of training.


A high-quality VR tool was conceptualised and implemented to form a standardised training module to address different aspects of training. It included training modules for Welding, Assembly Line Manufacturing, and more.


The immersive and interactive format of training not only monitored the permissible errors strictly, but also set a precedence in training. Implementation of these training modules was highly appreciated by members of ACMA. They improved the efficiency and skill set of the new workforce.
